Historic Limousin Watermill nestling in its own peaceful
valley with 3 hectares of meadows and woodland on the
banks of the River Combade

Full Weeks May - September incl. During the summer months, we are not in residence and the mill is available to rent on a weekly basis; rates vary according to the season and demand.
Low season weeks are shown in pink and high season in blue on the ‘Rates’ page
In our absence, you will be welcomed to the mill by our friends Janet & Wesley who live a short distance away, manage the changeovers, keep the garden looking shipshape and hopefully resolve any issues that might arise.
The Mill is not available in the winter
The cost and sleeping accommodation depend upon group size:
Groups up to 7 people are catered for in the 2 bedroom accommodation at the front of the mill with a double sofa-bed downstairs.
Larger groups (up to 15) have access to the additional sleeping accommodation at the rear of the Day room which provides a further large double bedroom with a sleeping loft above for 6.
The additional sleeping accommodation can be made available to groups of less than 7 people for the additional cost of £90 pw if you want more space.
The 2 sets of accommodation are not let separately so that your group will always have sole occupation of the mill
